Why We Celebrate People?

Well, we want the community to share in their inspiring stories. And we want the people who appreciate them to have a special way to show it.

Put more simply, we want more good vibes in the air. That’s why we enable folks who buy our wine to submit a name and a toast; that’s why we put these loved ones on our bottles; and that’s why we encourage people to raise a glass to the person found on their label.

The inspiration for this new tradition came from my father. We had begun The Little Grape That Could with him, but he passed away while we were creating it. After his passing, this project took on new meaning. I wanted it to honour his memory, but he was never one for narrow gestures. He preferred bigger, more open-ended actions. Therefore, The Little Grape That Could gives everyone a chance to celebrate the people that are close to their hearts.
